| Le tribunal tchèque confirme la dissolution du KSMLe tribunal
de République Tchèque a déclaré le KSM illégal et dissous. L'affaire
qui a été traitée mercredi de la semaine passée, le 19 mars [...],
a été en défaveur du KSM. Les jeunes communistes de Grèce ont
réagi immédiatement et ont déjà
manifesté ce samedi devant l'ambassade tchèque à Athène. Ci-dessous

We
demand the immediate canceling of the ban of KSM Czech Republic
Anticommunism will not pass!
The Communist Youth of Greece calls upon
the youth and people to condemn the resolution of the Czech
Republic courts on Wednesday March 19th, that outlaws the
Communist Youth of Czech Republic. The Czech government, government of
a state-member of the EU, systematically promoted this resolution for
over 2 years.
The
ban of KSM aims in every way to force young communists of the Czech
Republic to swear off the communist ideology, Marxism-Leninism and the
class struggle. They intend in every way to outlaw every
thought of a world that does not fit in capitalism. KSM was banned just
3 days before its 8th Congress, due to the fact that its institution
declares the socialization of the means of production and the socialist
alternative.
This unacceptable resolution aims first
of all at the Communist Party of Czech Republic, being taken 2 months
before its congress.
This is the so called
“democracy” and “principles” of the
European Union: the persecution of political expression
and organization, the penalization of every opinion and
action that does not submit to the capitalists and does not yield to
its profits, of every opinion and action that struggles for a society
without exploited and exploiters. This conviction constitutes a
continuation and application of the anticommunist memorandum that the
peoples completely have condemned.
The illegalization of
KSM witnesses the big dimensions of the
attack on peoples’ rights that the EU and the multinational
corporations are preparing. Their objective is to strike
the political, social and democratic rights, the struggles and
syndicalism as well.
This is why they intend to finish off
with the communists, the protagonists in the organization not only of
the resistance, but also of the struggle for the alternative to
capitalism.
For this resolution, the government of
ND, as well as PASOK, SYN and LAOS that saluted the “freedoms” of the
EU of the capital, as well as the incorporation of Czech Republic and
other countries of Eastern Europe in the EU, countries that persecute
Communist Parties and militants, hold grave responsibilities.
KNE sounds the alarm,
calling every young man and woman, the
massive organizations of the youth, the people, to condemn in every way
this inadmissible resolution. With mobilizations,
resolutions, denouncements, signatures, in every way we should
demonstrate our opposition to the illegalization of KSM, to demand the
immediate canceling of this resolution.
KNE appeals its demand to the
government, the political parties and the political youths and calls
them to take clear position against this unfair and dangerous
resolution.
On Saturday,
22nd of March, at 11.00 am KNE organized a massive protest mobilization
in front of the embassy of Check Republic. Series of Youth
Unions have already signed under the petition against the ban of KSM.
We will continue with all our forces this effort in our country
Hands off KSM!
Anticommunism will not pass. Cancel the ban now!

| Une justice qui n'en est plus
Il est plus que temps d'assurer les jeunes communistes tchèques de notre soutien sans faille: il nous faut d'abord pouvoir expliquer cette affaire (par une brochure ou un diaporama), recevoir les témoignages de nos camarades tchèques, ainsi que des jeunes communistes grecs et assurer la diffusion de leurs messages

| Manifestation
à l'instar des jeunes communistes grecs, il serait également temps que nous manifestions devant l'ambassade tchèque, signifiant clairement que l'anticommunisme ne passera pas et ne nous ramènera pas aux funestes marécages des années 30
